About Me
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
My name is Kay, and I started my business in Nashville, TN. My husband and I have been in the alterations business for 30+ years. Being from the Nashville area, we had various clients from working professionals, college students, football stars, to country music legends, and have been apart of a team to alter clothes for commercials. We decided to move closer to our daughters and are taking a big leap of faith moving to NWA. We are so pleased to bring our services to Northwest Arkansas, and meeting the amazing people of NWA. We look forward to seeing you soon and helping you look and feel amazing!

THE PERFECT FIT
We recommend making appointments for fittings, but we also welcome walk-ins. We pin and measure to your exact fit. For the best fit possible, you can also bring along the shoes and other accessories that will be needed to fit the garment to your exact specifications. Because each job is unique, pricing will be given to you after we see the garments in person.
ALTERATIONS
QUALITY SERVICE
We take pride in our work, and will expertly alter your garments for everyday lo oks to special occasions. We have expertise in altering leather, formal gowns, wedding dresses, suits, and other articles. We average a one week turnaround service, but will take on emergency jobs for no extra cost.

READY TO WEAR
Kay's Alterations provides garments in a ready to wear condition. We press each article after altering. (For best results, clean/washed clothing is recommended before dropping off articles.) After each order is complete, we will text to notify your order is ready for pickup. We accept cash and credit cards (excluding Amex) with a $20 minimum.
